My little Joey is no more a 'POUCH POTATO'

My little Joey is no more a 'POUCH POTATO'
She enjoyed walking around the tables while I laid-back and enjoyed my meal.

A 'MOTHER' down with fever

I think there is only one person in the world who can smile, run, play till 3am, sing and read a book aloud while having high fever, chills, severe body pains and headache. A 'MOTHER'.

An evening well spent by a happy baby

An evening well spent by a happy baby at a happy home. It's just a part of the room. I wish I could post a panoramic view

fighting with dad

Not fighting with me looks like the work of genes inherited from her dad. Her dad never fights with me so does she . Now, please don't ask me where did she get her fighting genes from .

Jab we met.

May 20, 2008
Jab we met.

An uninterested lunch with almost a stranger can change your life. It changed mine.

A funny memorable moment of my life often remembered at our dining table.
Our first ever meeting(on 20th May 2008) is so refreshing even after 5 years.

Then me : In my favourite WHITE anarkali suit
Then he : In his favourite BLACK tee

Then me : Oh, God! when would he finish eating and leave? It's so boring with him.
Now me : Oh, God! when would he come for lunch? It's so boring without him.

Then me : Hufff! he speaks too much.
(I was smiling and pretending to be listening to him but in fact I wasn't paying any attention)
Now me : He still speaks so much.
(I'm amused by his knowledge and his interest in learning. Heard husbands speak less after wedding :D)

Then me : Sambar rice is the popular dish of this hotel. Why don't you taste some?
Then he : Tasted a spoonful, smiled and said it's nice but Prawn biryani, Mutton pepper fry and Tandoori chicken are delicious.

Now me : I prepared Sambar today. It's good. Taste it .
Now he : Tastes a spoonful, smiles and says it's nice but these (prawn/mutton/chicken/ fish) are more delicious.

Moral of the story : Sometimes It takes TIME to realise that you both are made for each other

P.S. Title to be read by my children as "WHEN I MET YOUR FATHER"  .
